new home theater system..

Bose Acoustimass are pretty neat. The woofer hides away and you can't believe all that bass comes form those little speakers. I had a friend who had a set like that and it booms.

Can't speak to the other set though.
 
i am a home theater designer myself and if i had to choose o would go onkyo but there are so many better systems out there. bose isnt bad exept they are hard to integrate with anything unless its another bose product. i have done theaters for lute olsen and tommy matola but obviously u dont want something of that standard. look into a KEF system or atlantic technology or even definitive technology, those are great brands. but between those two onkyo comes out on top in my book http://www.specialistshometheater.com/ my website.if ur intrested its still under construction.
 
Yea I have the Bose Lifestyle, and its awesome but the cost is not.
BTW those two, I would go for the Onkyo, since its 7.1 and it have more speakers but you will be happy with the bose too, those two speaker are like five speakers.
 
Really liking the Onkyo, had one went to Yamaha.


Bose, BOOOOO! You bought a name, and a :q:q:q:qty one at that. There are better out there.
