Hi, my name is Paul.
I came here in order to get some tech help on my '98 Lincoln Mark VIII LSC, so here I am. I'm 25, a Senior Auditor for a large bank, and have three cars:
Exhibit 1:
1998 Lincoln Mark VIII LSC - bone stock save for a K&N drop-in filter. It's my daily driver.
1994 Ford Mustang GT Convertible
- 422 cubic inch Windsor stroker motor
- all upgraded suspension
- Baer 13" front and rear brakes (not shown in this picture)
1991 Ford Mustang GT Racecar - SCCA ITE
- 331 ci race motor - 12.2:1 compression
- solid roller cam .633" lift, 264 duration @ .050
- Griggs World Challenge front suspension, Koni DA struts, coil-overs
- Backhalf car with stockcar-type three link, 9" Strange rear, Koni SA shocks
My family has owned three Mark VIIIs themselves, and I had two Mark VIIs when I was a kid, so I decided when it came time to give up trying to drive high-performance cars on the street, that I would get me a kickass Lincoln cruiser.
I have a funny dyno video of the Lincoln, but it's 22 megs so I can't host it.
This place looks like a good resource for Luxo-performance. Glad to be here.
Paul.
