lol there was a slit broken, so instead of replacing it, it turned out that if i got rid of every-other one it would would work out

and thank you

Hey Smitty. Welcome to LVC.
Do you drive you car around the city? I drive past Wentworth quite often on my way home from work and think I recall seeing a similiar VIII a few times - never noticed the grill though so probably wasn't you.

I live and work in Boston and would love to check out your Mark and take a look at these sub frame connectors you're working up.
I have a buddy that just graduated from Wentworth and I went to NU right across the street.

Been looking for fellow Mark guys for a while around here.
You got anu other rides at the moment?

Welcome to LVC! That's a clean gen 1 you got there... keep us posted on your progress.

ahaha its not THAT bad, but i can tell you that i got alot warmer of a welcome with alot more responses here than when i joined over there. i bounce around just gathering info and lending it whenever i can.

i have a feeling this site is "closer" in terms of its members and what not.

thanks for the grill comments. im going for more of the murdered out look.

fukk .org welcome to the FREE world! stick around for a while and you will never go back to the org.

Not so much 'stuff that goes on'

More like stuff (and members) that go missing. :shifty:

LOL.

Welcome to LvC, BTW.

while I generally appreciate people doing research, you need to be very careful in your "information gathering".

if you ask 100 people the same question, chances are the majority of them will be "parroting" information they read someplace else.

find a good resource and stick with it, in the end you wont get so confused/contaminated with "internet hype bs".

welcome aboard and yes.. I too like your grille.
(lol)

welcome to lvc and i have a question what did u do to the taillight section to get it blacked out like that.

no i deff hear ya with that one, i believe anything people say only to a certain extent. there is no problem taking things into consideration, when ppl say to do it one way im not under my car doing that. i will wait till i hear the same thing repeatedly until i would act on anything.

lol i find it funny how the thing people like the most on my car is something that came about by accident lol. if it wasnt broken in the first place i would prob would have let it be chrome and stock, farthest i would have done is maybe paint it black but left all fins there ahah

Welcome Smitty, car looks awesome, love the grill. I too went for the murdered out look, but I did the whole taillight. I definitely like the grill. I have plans for my grill to make it look the same, but I may take off the emblem/make the red part black.
