Beautiful truck. One of the guys I work with has a sonic blue lightning with 19k mi. Makes me drool every time I see it.

Still don't know why they didn't put the navi motor with a twin screw in these. Still a nice truck though. I drove a Viper powered ram and it was a blast. Never had the pleasure of driving a lightening.

It took me awhile to get. I started off with an 03 LS and traded it for an black 06 GT back in 07. The dealer had a black Lightning and I was between it and the Mustang, for some reason I wanted the Mustang. Then I started kicking myself for not getting the Lightning. Last year I sold the 06 GT, payed some bills off, and bought a 96 GT vert. I didn't like having a convertible and I traded it to one of the members here for my Mark. Looked around awhile and found this Lightning. Now I have the best of both worlds: a Lincoln and a Lightning.

The Lightning is fun but I'll only drive it about once a week. I can already tell that tires are going to be expensive.

I been pricing them. They still fetch a pretty penny around here. Clean ones are still 17k.

Nice Lightning, love that color. You should pulley it :gr_devil:

Cool truck.

I like the newer style trucks though. I would buy a mark LT and install a whipple on it. I know its not the same thing and would cost more money but still nice.

My wife bought 2011 F150 ecoboost. That thing will surprise you. I wish ford would let you option up a 2wd shortbed regular cab with that engine. I think it it would have a lot of potential.

Saw a stock 2011 F150 ecoboost at the track running back to back 15.0's, not as fast as the Lightning but will give a Mark VIII a good run for sure.

Thanks NoLimit, I already have the the Belltech shackles which lowered the rear to level out the truck. It'll get a little bit more expensive to lower it more but would look great. However, I'm saving up for some drag radials instead.

I hope to have my Frontier running as fast as stock Lightnings someday.
