Need some torque specs

Was hoping someone with the service manual could let me know some bolt torque specs. My system crashed and the remaining PC is a 64 bit so I cant read my disc any more.

I need TQ specs for:
Oil pan
Timing cover
Valve covers
Trans bellhousing
Plenum
K-member


Please guys, not looking for "I believe its ******". I would like the actual specs, no guessing. My luck is WAY to crappy to guess on this crap.
