Just got new motor and tranny in about 5 days ago. Got home from work today, 60 mile commute, and it started dumping coolant off the back end of the engine bay, near tranny. Didn't overheat, no check lights... IDEAS???

two things to check.
- the overflow from the degauss bottle and air bleed are near the engine cowl and leak on the back of the engine driver's side.
- the throttle body has two coolant lines - one comes from the back of the block entry, with a hose that runs under the intake and the up into the throttle body. If the leak the coolant runs into the V between the heads and out the back over the trannie.

Yes, it is draining out near the drivers side onto what i would call a torsion bar....

then look up top of the engine bay - see where it is coming from - maybe just overflow, maybe out of the bleed screw.

If it's overflow - you may have a air pocket and need to bleed the system - it's a little unique in modern cars with two cooling loops.
