Need Help ASAP!

So im replacing my rad and thermostat right now in my driveway. im at the point where im just reinstallin everything, and come to find out that the trans line fittings that came with the rad dont fit the fittings on the line end. Went to PartSource pickd up another fitting there.. and still doesnt fix?

What fitting am im looking for here? HELp!!!

Im guessing you dod not go with a Ford one? Either way, I agree it should have had the right fit. Is it maybe for another vehicle?

ford basically has 2 sizes, sorry dont know thred/pitch, but you should not have to get adapters etc, i know it sux but u might have to send it back

I bought the rad locally at a Rad Specialist, they say. First thing monday ill be in there expecting answers! Im gonnatry and take the old fittings off the old rad. see if they might work. The fittings that came with the new rad are a 16th of an inch smaller in the inside diameter so the trans lines cant get in there..

If the radiator fits many vehicles it should have come with adapters. Whenever I have bought one this was the case. Call a radiator shop, I'm sure they can get you the adapters.

Go back to where you got the radiator from. Doubt you will find anything on a Sunday otherwise.
