The weekend of the meet is almost here. Getting excited about hosting this event and meeting those that can make it. I had a special little item made for those who attend. I will be picking them up friday morning. Hope everyone likes them.

Ive been patiently waiting for this weekend. I'm glad its only days away and I'm glad I got all the mods done I wanted to get done before the meet. I think it will be a good time for all. What time are we all going to meet up Friday? I plan on leaving KC around 9 or 10 in the morning so that will put us there around 1 or 2ish. We may stop and have lunch with a non LS friend in St Charles on the way if he isnt busy so we may be 3ish at the latest.

G-RELL, Reaper....You guys still going? If so, do you guys want to meet up around 9 or 10 at Adams Dairy Parkway and I-70 and drive out together??

It seems several members area arriving around 1-3pm. Not sure what time the Holiday Inn will accepting check ins. I was thinking 4pm would be a goodtime for everyone. Maybe sooner. I know some of you might want to freshin up a bit and unwide. I personally am very flexible. Whatever works for you guys.

I'd put my ETA in the 2-3pm time-frame on Friday. I'll be ready to relax and go grab a beer or food or whatever. I'll be in vacation warrior mode until about noon on Sunday so I'm game for whatever.

I will be leaving Savanha GA on Thursday morning arriving back in Indy late thursday night. I'll update everyone after a couple hours sleep and I hit the road in.

Saturday will be busy. Meet for breakfast. Head out early to get shots on the Arch grounds. We have a 12/noon AB tour schedule. Hope its not to early for some of you to start drinking. Then Grants Farm to see the Clydesdales.

We used to have the clydesdales down here in winter until AB sold Bush Gardens. Also used to have the world of beer house. Had different sections representing the various major markets AB is in and then 3-4 different drafts of beer from there. You could "sample" them all once. By the time you went around the world you were good to go! LOL :)

Grants Farm does have a "beer garden". Each visitor gets 2 free beers.:Beer:Beer Between the AB tour and Grants Farm, we might need to call for a cab service.

How many people do you have attending rollin? Do you have a list?

Looks like 14-16 members. Lost one of the out of towners. Picked up a new local member in the process.

First year for this, 14-16 members is a good start. Hopefully, next years turnout will be bigger. Give members a full year to plan and save. I think this could be a big thing for the LS community. Maybe have it in a different city every year. Who knows.
