So been a lil while since I posted and been on a bit of a spending spree buying stuff that just pissed me off (Mac Pro) and sold my Silver '98 LSC :(
While at PepBoys scanning my old LSC to shut off the Cel light and friend of mine pulled into the lot and said I have something for you in the bed of my truck. Get em out and give me $75 for em when ya get a chance.

These are the narrow fronts that still have decent tread on the tires. The rears are sitting in my back seat and have no tires on em but seem to be a 10" wide rim by the looks of em

They all have a horrible spray paint job in Black that is cracked cause it was put on so heavy. I have the option to have a chrome finish or what ever color I want done to em by a shop we deal with.

They will be going on my newest White '98 LSC so anybody have any suggestions on what finish or color I should do them in?

nice price. looking forward to seeing them installed

Yeah the price was a can't turn em down even with how bad they look. Plus the guy I sold my Silver '98 to was there when the whole deal went down and asked if I would sell him my Octi's. He hasn't even started paying me off for the car I just sold him

Chrome if its a decent price..otherwise powdercoated black would be nice..those are 17"s right?

Yeah 17" Cobra's that the guy had on a T-Bird and claims he isn't the one that spray bombed them black.

On the Chrome Ceramic I do believe it would be about $100 a rim? Thats with him stripping them and all in getting ready for the finish.

The Mark I am putting them on is White so I am not sure what color aside from Chrome I would want? I coud do a White to match the car. The Subaru guys around me are big on doing the rims Lime Green now but, Uh I just ain't feeling like going that way :shifty:

I can even do Chrome colors so it would look like a Christmas Bulb. Matter of fact I have a spare set of valve covers that I will most likely throw in while he is doing my rims and have em done in the Chrome or White. Don't look forward to putting them on though :(

Everyone has their own opinions. In the end you will do what you like. I'd say chrome them but to do them right can cost a pretty penny. At least down here in Miami they charge $220p/wheel. If you have them done in silver it will look pretty damn tasty. Black wheels on a white Mark don't look so good IMHO but again, it's my opinion.

No matter what, you got yourself a sweet score!

Yeah the Chrome seems to be the first choice for em. They will be done by our guy we deal with so I should be able to get a good deal as he is getting slow on orders. Main thing is I can have em done in Chrome Colors too but that might be a bit to Rice:confused:

Measured em and the rears are 9", so should with some sensor lowering I should be able to get a nice stance :gr_devil:

What about gunmetal grey? I think that would look sick on a white car
