Hi guys, my name is Christos, a Greek-American from Boston. I've wanted an LS for years and am finally the owner of one. I was in the market for a new car and when I saw this one, I jumped on it. Everything is clean, all maintenance up to date, single owner, even still has the new car smell. It is a 2006 Lincoln LS V8 with 88,xxx miles. Trust me, the pictures don't do it justice, this thing is clean! Rides like a new car. People think they are in a brand new BMW or something hahaha. Without further adieu, here it is:

Welcome to the club. You landed a gem there, peeps around here would give an arm for that front bumper skin!

Thanks for the invite grizzlyls, glad I found this forum. Its from this place that I've gotten a lot of my knowledge from. Regarding the front bumper, really? Why is that? I know that the 06' got a face lift but is there something else I'm missing?

Welcome Christos - fellow '06 Silver owner here.

Any other close ups of that trunk spoiler/lip? I am leaning towards getting on just like that and would love some more pics of it to get a better idea - I like it from I can tell so far.

Let us know if you have any questions, and congrats on the purchase. Regarding the arm/bumper comment - The '06 (and 04-05 LSE package) got that bumper. They are no longer available new from the dealer. So if you wreck one, you are stuck repairing it or finding a second hand unit from a junkyard. Gen1 LS owners like to do a gen2 bumper swap as well, as it fits with some other minor changes on a gen1. It is seen as a "desirable" and now, rare, upgrade.

Thanks for the info Devilish. I read your thread, pretty impressive stuff you've done with your LS I must say. Good to know there's people like you around that know their stuff. Glad to be here, thank you!
