So here is my mark 2 months after rescuing it from the previous owner. So far I have drilled slotted rotors all the way around, 18" ADR wheels, 2" dropped coils, tint, new headlight, upper control arms, and lot's of elbow grease. Including the purchase price of the car I'm into it all together around 1800 bucks, not bad at all. Thanks Jamie the upper control arms were great. I still have to replace the drives side seat, the rear ballast, and the blend door, but no big deal Las Vegas doesn't get that cold. I order my magnaflow exhaust pieces and will be getting it done in the next few weeks I will post some pics when I do. here is my progress so far. enjoy.:D

That looks really good. I didn't know a canvas top could look that good. Great work.

Looks much better! Best looking base model with soft top I have ever seen, good work!

great job man looking snazzy. i still hate the roof, but the car does pull it off now, i can stomach it lol! keep up the progress you are doing awesome so far.

It is no longer the ugly Mark, thats for sure. Nice job.
I wish I had the money to fix mine up a bit quicker. Slowly but surely is the way for me.

Looks good. Fun bringing them back from the depths! What did you do with the chrome 10 spokes? For sale?

10 spokes long gone, sold them right as I bought the ADR's I figure if I need to take the ADR's off I have a set of snowflakes that were left over from my 97 that I use to have.

dnehthend I don't know what kind of springs they are since I bought them from a friend of mine that wrecked his mark. The only thing I know is that the coils are blue and that its a 2" drop, After I did the upper control arms and got the car aligned the car rides phenomenal. I was very hesitant to switch from air but I don't regret my decision at all. The car rides good, not bouncy at all and it handles real good when turning. my dad rode in it before and after the air and he couldn't tell the difference in the ride.

Thank you all for the good input, I will post some pic's when i get my exhaust Installed.
