dont use the sony software,it is sucky,i had the same issue you had,

use windows movie maker or nero.or probably many other softwares work better than the free crap sony gives us,

are you using a usb or firewire connector?

usb didnt work well for me

is this regular tape sony or digital tape?what is your camcorder model?

if you need anymore help getting that video done right pm me.
 
He's not going to respond again, but I thought the Cadillac video was nicely done. Most of those "my car" videos are about self-gratification, but he had some good visuals in it.

Everyone could learn a lesson by making those videos no more than a minute to a minute and a half long though.
 
Now would be a good time to sell that Northstar of his, because the simply fact that they are complete trash. Also I seem to notice in the video smoke was coming from front of the car must be oil leaking from the valve covers. Also nice edited love the way you edited the ETs from the drag racing video

nothing wrong with some ringing back and forth about what is better ford or gm

but all us mark and ls owners know the correct awnser to which one is better

yeah the cts v has some bragging room thats what my grandfather drives and it is one bad little bitch
 
I'm a Mark VIII and ETC owner and I know which is faster stock. A stock ETC will take a stock Mark VIII by about 2 tenths in my experiance. As for build quality I would give that to the Eldorado as well. It has its drawbacks like the occasional headgasket problem if the previous owner didn't take care of the car, and it's FWD. FWD vs RWD only really makes a difference when you're talking cars that run better than 14s.

The only place the Mark is markedly better than the Eldorado is in potential for performance modifications. And that's the bottom line, because the Medium D said so.
 
i got a friend who has an sts which i beleive has the same motor as the etc, and every time we race he is about half a length behind me. but it is from MY experience. and i know experiences vary person to person
 
build quality definatly goes to the caddy, they are all my grandfather has driven for years, and right now he is the owner of a DTS ( i think that is what it is i could be wrong please correct me if the letters are off) and a cts-v and they are both really nice cars especially the cts v
 
I should note that my friend's 96 base Mark VIII is exactly as fast as my 94 Mark VIII, and lost to my ETC by the same amount. And I'm talking all stock vs stock.

Maybe I have a factory freak ETC, or maybe my friend and I have weak Mark VIIIs.
 
maybe you got a freak etc!!?? maybe you got one of the only northstars worth a :q:q:q:q lol, like i said though that is from my experience and i am not one to question the guy who owns each one of the cars in question.
personally i think its my buddys driveing that gets him beat.

and FYI my trans am is still streetable comfortable and i enjoy my 1/4 at low 13s all day its all i need id rather spend my money takin my gf out than waste it on makin a car go fast to waste more gas at 3.20 a gallon

I need to jump in here and say that if you are going to try to hate on people you need to learn how to spell first. Fantisy is spelled (Fantasy) p.s there is a reason that GM stopped producing the Z28 and the trans am
