No that's all motor, on the bottle I wouldn't feel safe video taping by myself haha...
 
14.0 is the best time all motor. The 100% stock 4r70w is holding it back a lot.

Pull the valve body out and J-Mod it yourself. It will only cost you about an hour or two (if moving slow) of your time and $6.00 for the gaskets from Maxx + shipping. You only need two drill bits. 3/32 and 7/64 bits. I can send you the diagram of the holes that need to be drilled out. Only one hole uses the 3/32 bit and the others are the 7/64 bit. 6 or 7 holes and then smooth out the metal burr from the separator plate, where you drilled. Put the valve body back together with the new gaskets and then reinstall. Done deal! I would even let my stupid ass ex-wife drill the holes for me. Too easy and cheap not to do. Makes a difference too with the shifts. Draining the fluid into something clean is the hardest part or just buy 4 to 5 quarts to refill what you drained out of the pan.
