Yep, got a misfire on number 4.

It's pretty much only at idle, can't detect it above 1250 rpm.

I have all new plugs, new coils at 4 & 5. I went ahead and moved the plug, then the coil to another, but the misfire remained on 4.

What's next? Injector?

Injector / injector pulse - now you get to use Noid lights yay!

Oh joy!

And btw, totally forgot, when I first changed the spark plugs I found that the wires leading to the injectors off of the harness were pinched under the valve cover. (Don't ask me... never had the covers off!) Anywho, the wires appeared to be in tact, so they got pulled out and re-insulated.

Performed the test - all is well on the wiring end. So - question now is - can I pull the number 4 injector without pulling the upper intake?

I have anger towards you... and your lack of proper replacements.

Injectors are easy. Just don't break the pintle cap ..if you've never done it...go slow and check for fuel leaks before starting the car

Just make sure they are all seated ...and bolts to proper torque..it'll "bleed" into the cylinders as normal

Once connected, and the 4 8mm bolts are snugged, just prime the system a few times ...don't roll the crank until you've checked for leaks at the tops and bottoms of each injector

And don't do it IN the garage ;)

10-4. $80 latter for the Motorcraft injector - the saga continues Monday!

My big hope is not having to pull the upper intake.

Missfire all gone bye bye now?

And no BOOM outside of motor?
