might have solved my rim problem

i asked my dad about not getting too low of a profile for the tires all around, he said he'll think about it. if they aren't that low of a profile i might be able to get the 18'' chrome speedstars i want to run 235/45/18 in the front, 255/40/18 in the back, so they aren't too thin. wish me luck lol

I run 245-45-18 all around. No rubbing and you can rotate them.

also, 18'' chrome speedstars or 18'' cobra R's? i think more people have the saleens than the cobras, i don't want to look like oh big whoop another mark with speedstars, although it will look nice, i think im gonna go with the 18'' cobra R's

235 will be way too thin. Even the 245/45 looks a little thin. When I had 255/45 all the way around it looked nice but had to use a flap wheel to make a little more room out back when I lowered the car. Only needed 1mm taken off though.

HELLL NOOOOOO. i wish haha. i have to save up all by myself. i asked for money for my birthday from everyone so hopefully it'll help me out... i want that low profile look, so 255/45/18 all around would be fine?

Big whoop another Mark with Speedstars....IMO they are the best looking wheel ever produced for these cars. As far as another Mark, how many Marks do you really see driving around. We own unique, beautiful cars that are becoming more and more scarce every year. I have chrome Speedstars and get compliments on my car just about every time I take it out of the garage.

i have only seen 3 marks since i bought mine 2 mths ago and all three were a pale pink color 2 were bad shape and one was a mint mint mark with an oldman driving pointing at my car prob saying to his wife" look what that young a-hole did to his mark" lol

i meant on the site lol, i only saw 2 by me ever.. both were totaled sitting in the street, suspension completely shot with a for sale sign on them. i love the speedstars, especially in chrome. do you guys think i'd be safest with 255/45/18 all around with the 18'' chrome speedstars?

I would personally go with the 245-45-18. It rides just as smooth as it did with my 16's

unless the wheels are staggered, I would stick with the same size all around so you can rotate them. I have always ran 245/45zr18's in the past with good luck.

The best part is they are a fairly common size and aren't too expensive.

Yea sure maybe a lot of people have them but that's the few of us here. How often do you see a mark. How often do you see one that's well taken care of with Salerno out on the road. It's sill unique.

im 100% getting them, i got him convinced right now so not gonna bring it up for awhile
