Picked up my registration yesterday and snapped a few quick photo's with my phone.

Looking forward to the show.

We start with a cruise tonight with police escort through town, last year we had over 300 cars in the cruise.

Tonight is a Track meet at Hallet Raceway.
Tomorrow we meet up at the Dragstrip for a swap meet and head to head competition.
Saturday is back out to Hallet Raceway for some hot lap competition
Sunday is the Car Show Which is always huge.

The weekend was awesome, met a lot of Ford/Shelby Reps, along with some cool dudes from Barrett Jackson Auction House and BF Goodrich.

Didn't do the track day with the Stangs because it was the day before the show and didn't want to risk somebody running into me and missing my first Ford and Shelby Show. I'm already signed up for next year though, so I'm looking forward to it.

You need to bring yours up next year and hang for the weekend. It was a blast!

It was a long, long week, with lots of work, between repairing broken cars, driving on the track and do a lot of in car driving instruction, it was pretty fun none the less:

Mike, Clint's dad of Retrobuilt brought one of their cars out, and allowed me to test it on the track and give them some feed back:

No one was safe all weekend, debauchery, was every where, if you weren't careful it was happening to you!

I can't really disclose where/or how I got this, but it wasn't mine nor my wife's, LMAO:

Of you may or may not know, I came back, did some work then got called away from an SVT meeting in San Antonio, to rush back to Hallett to keep your truly in the points standing in the COMMA series, so a lot of traveling and a ton-o-work, I'm still playing catch up here.

I'm sure you were walking around, not like you couldn't miss that HUGE tent we had across from the grand stands you were sitting at.

And my white LX was parked right there in front with the Texas Classic plates with ""SVOC" on them.

I know, you were probably in sensory over load, LOL, there was a lot going on all week.

I went to the hotel twice for some work, but I never stayed there, I was stayed at a friends house in Owasso (pictures of pool, and whatnot).

Drove back and forth to the track everyday.

Or I was down at the shop with Scott and John too.

I could have introduced you to Gary, and gotten you a ride in the GT350, or the GT350 that was under our tent.
