Mclaren grill installed

these comments have nothing to do w/ the original thread and back-and-forths like these are only encouraging other members to do the same. please keep conflicts as these off the threads as they are not helpful to anybody. and as for the original thread, i think it'll look much better if the surround was white but the choice is always yours of course. nice progress

The wheels are a great match, I love them and his intake he sold me didn't fit right. I had a whole thread on it, he posted it here and on e-bay but he didn't respond to me on this site. He also said he would give me cash back for the trouble cause he said it was brand new.

I just don't see why people are gripeing about keeping things on topic but they just keep dragging the waters.
 
Thanks bro, the offset is perfect. 19x8.5, I tried to space out the rear but I get tremendous rub. I am almost at 95k on the ODO so I think I may need new shocks/struts and I wanna keep em spaced but its making me scared to have it dropped.

PM me dude I don't want this guys thread drug out any further, its giving me a migraine from guilt and all I did was stand up to a personal insult.
 
Looks great, where can I get a Mclarren Grill for my 2000, for $36.00. Do they com with the emblem, if not where do you buy one.

Nope, I think it's Solace's. I love the look. Mine is going into the shop on the 26th to have the eyebrows painted, and grille painted and installed. Also having the hood repainted because of some damage (semi truck on the freeway kicked up rocks). I was torn between all one color, or leaving the center black. This picture made up my mind for me.
 
im just going to paint the whole grill high gloss black. i talked to my buddy. he said if he paints the surrond to make it look like the lse style, he needs to paint the hood to match. after all the paint is 8 yrs old

that ls looks nice. i saw one like that but the only difference was that the little space between the eyebrows and the hood was also painted white so there really wasn't any separation in between the light and the hood and i think that set it off real nice. that has to be on my top 3 list of white ls's tho
