Mark viii rear neon brake light

Mark Viii rear neon light assembly pulled from a 97 mark viii ballast included but not sure if it works.No cracks clear as can be no black marks what so ever.The little rubber trim on the chrome is coming off a little but nothing a little glue wont fix.150 shipped

you can test it with a car battery, put ground to the black wire on the plug of the ballast, and then use a power wire to test the green wire, and red wire, one is tail light, one is brake light, either one you dont have to test both, if it lights it lights!!
