manifold vacume?

Can someone point me to the manifold vacume hose?

Maybe i'm not asking correctly. I'm looking for where the vacume hose goes into the brake booster. (not sure where the brake booster is either) Help a noob out please.

Here ya go.....this is a picture of my 94's engine, your's looks the same under the shroud. the hose is rubber at the manifold, but it runs into a metal block, and then turns to a steel line all the way bac to the booster.

You are the man! Thanks a ton. Just what I needed, a dummies guid.
I thought that that was it, but didn't want to go putting seafoam in the wrong hose. (that would be bad I think) Thanks again. :L

Well, I was told that it would disolve any carbon that is built-up in my IRMC. 1wykdmk8 told me to give it a try.

Gonna give it a try in the morning. I'll let you know. I was told that it can be used in the gas tank, the crankcase, or through the pcv/ brake intake valve. Does this sound right? It shouldn't hurt anything should it?

I have heard good things about it. Never gotten the nutz to try it on any of my things. I DON'T recommend puting it in your oil like some people have done. I feel it would thin it out too much. There are alot of bearings, and chains in this engine, which equates to alot of room for desaster.

I will take that under advisement and let you know how it goes.

Here are some good directions on how to use the Sea Foam. Which can be purchased at most auto parts stores.

Also you may need to do a few applications with it to get ALL of the carbon depending on how much build up you have. :Beer

It seems that the sea foam worked. I ran is through the manifold and the gas tank. So far so good. I haven't had the problem again.... yet. Since it didn't happen all the time to begin with, I'll have to wait and see if this has taken care of it. Thanks for all the help guys.
