Sorry I didn't take more pics, but it was unseasonably warm at 81 yesterday and when I finally stopped dusting my car for the umpteenth time, I was fried. I thought the car looked absolutely amazing and many people of all ages really enjoyed her. For some odd reason, the show forgot to award the category that the car would have fit the best in, 1997-2004. Oh well, at least my car is monumentally clean... for the moment! :D

We'll have to just try again :p

I did meet a really cool (and hot) fireguy from Modesto with the red Lightning and he seems to be up to some pretty good racing antics with his sweet ride. I still love those trucks and his was primo.

I have to also say that it can't be that difficult to have a perfectly spotless engine when the damn thing is surrounded by nothing. You could put a recliner in front of most of those street rods and work on 'em. Just sayin. Not jealous, however, because every single time that I go to start my car, it does so without hesitation. I'll keep my old new tech, thanks!!! :D

This was actually the Sanger Blossom Day Festival. It was a little under attended, but I nice day for it nonetheless.

Ha ha, Moss!! I can't justify that right now with those new Michelin Pilot A/S tires. Plus, my rims are pristine. Somewhere down the road for sure... when I need four awesome end tables! :D

You and I are in definite agreement on this. I'll keep her stock and lovely. She was factory designed around these rims and on those she'll stay. I compromised the ride *a little* by sensor lowering her and that is all that I will do. In my humble opinion, she's PERFECT. :p
