LS's on the Kansas Speedway

As Hite posted earlier, here's a few more from our day at the 2104 KS Track Laps.

Beautiful day, some cool people and cars.

Details:
They run you in packs of 40 with a pace car up front, no passing, speed at 65, but you could make some gaps... I think we hit 100 towards the end. All in all it was a blast. They allow passengers, so My wife and son got to ride too!

It was my first year doing it, i'll be a little more prepared next year, we'll get a couple go pro's going and edit them together. I threw my phone on the window for this one (sorry its not great)... also my Laptop bricked with all my video software, so had to use a few converters to get this posted (lost some quality) but you get the idea... once i get my laptop back (or a new one) I'll post a better one...

Really enjoyed when you went high side but the boss lady was like "don't do that, don't do that!"

LOL thanks man (thanks guys), yeah she should know better....

I couldn't pass up the opportunity to get right up to the wall.... plus the sound bouncing the wall was awesome (windows down was amazing...just not good for videos). It seemed a bit faster then the video shows, but maybe not (went faster getting there than on the track i think ).

The one time doing laps at Kansas Speedway, you won't hear the kids in the back "Are we there yet?" LOL

Too bad we didn't have Hite in front rather than following that blue metallic SUV or Hite filming while following G.

Heck, too bad it wasn't just Hite and G, wide open. Battle of the Kansas LS'es.

Hite has his camera on the dash... don't know if he got video though. Hopefully we can go next year too and get a few different angles going.. I think we could get a couple go pro's between us and friends. I could edit together a little days of thunder video!!! Get Hite drunk in his garage, talking to his car before the race
