lost power

So I take my car to a shop to switch out a bad coil to find out that my gasket
is :q up. Its leaking oil all over my plugs and coils. So instead of a 100 dollar job it turns into a 600 dollar job. But what I really want to know is if I switch up all the spark plugs and all the coils while i'm at it will it boost my HP and gas mileage

different plugs and coils will not give you more HP - but fixing the gasket issue will.

new plugs = more hp than old plugs.

I was going to blame it on the flowmasters

But yes, if your plugs are not firing properly, then you will see more hp once your engine taking full advantage of the energy potential.
