I am on the hunt for another mud truck. Nothing fancy. Only 2 requirements Ford and 70's body style. Need something running strong and looking ugly. I will be putting a set of 38 inch swampers on it so a little lift already would be nice. But it must be able to take a 15 inch wheel [ no 1ton axles please] .

If anyone knows where one is that just been sittin or is too ugly to stay in the neighborhood. Well you all know how to get a hold of me. TIA.

Those are all awesome trucks. Anyone in a more rural area keep'em coming. I could drive a few hours. But I do have a hard nosed price limit.

Now if someone wants to buy the chamelion for a crazy price [pm me if you really want to know but I won't say it publicly]. And that's how crazy it is.:D:D

That one is definitely hiding something. Note his tire size. And the fact that if it has those axles and that tire size with that motor it is underpowered from hell.

I don't trust anyone from Muscle Shoals lol. He couldn't even spell his home town right. I don't get over to that side of AL. often at all. Nothing over there but fields with one small town.

The difference between the swampland mud truck and the midwest mudtruck is the streetability. I am looking for something reasonable and not a wild mud creature. Sorry Jamie.

I would like to be able to drive it at 55 mph max. That would be so I could drive to the mud and race and drive home. No trailer queens here.

I remember seeing a truck at a dealer in edwardsville, between 4th st and 435. It was hella lifted.

I guess I didn't say it here, sorry 2000.00 dollar limit and I'm gonna use it to haul wood sometimes. So it must be streetable.

you obviously havent been to florida because the nasty swamped out mud trucks down here, DO drive on the street lol!! you can almost drive anything down here on the road, even a plane if you take the wings off lmao!

Been there on vacation. But not for any bit of time. I have done plenty of reading on the subject and know them swamp boys build :q:q:q:q that will go through it all. Never knew you guys could drive them things without being messed with. And both those trucks you showed me were not streetable at all round here. They would impound that :q:q:q:q and keep it round here.

Here is what I got my hands on Dot approved super swamper boggers. The ones I got are 38x11x15 I paid 400.00 for the set of four:eek:. They go for around 452.00 a piece list price. damn it wont let me load the pic I downloaded. Oh well google it you'll see.

What happened to this idea?

Better things at better prices. And I have a thing for the truck side.

The chamelion can stay parked and stay 100% stock. Til the bags and compessor and the other mark issues. I can't stand driving this car on a regular basis. And that is why I seek the truck [ plus I need a wood hauler].
