The thing that gets me is the people that are on food stamps yet have money to buy cigarettes and beer.

Some people go so low that they buy a crap ton of pop (which can be bought through food stamps) and dump all the pop out and return the cans to buy cigs and alcohol

Next Friday, the 11th is the day I get my taxes back, but if the Paypal transfer from my bank account to Paypal will take another 3 days so nevermind. Unless the money doesn't have to be directly in the Paypal account?

It's a CC but the money gets taken out of your account.. If you overdraft, card gets denied..
