Kitchen transformation progress

Thanks again, guys. Had a few people at my place over the weekend. Some psycho chick dented the door in my new frig

She and her boyfriend were fighting, she threw something at him, missed and it hit the frig. Some people... :(

I didn't see it, but am pretty sure that's what happened. No one is fessing up.

People are idiots and have no respect for others property.

I would be denting someone with my fridge after that

I haven't called to order it yet, but I can't live with the damaged door. I'm either going to get extremely lucky and get it covered under warranty, or I'll pay out of pocket for the new one.

Here's the damage :(

Ouch that is bad

Being a cabinet designer myself I recognize all those "storage solutions"

sorry buddy... We seem to ALWAYS have something damaged when we have big get togethers ... although nothing being thrown... an ideas who did it???

Since we're on the subject of kitchens.....

We did our kitchen about a year and a half ago. Just counter tops and refacing the cabinetry with new doors and drawers. We started the stainless make-over with the microwave. The rest will be done when the appliances finally die. The floor will also be done later....

good start...We've been talking about a new house next year...the kitchen is a huge important to us... glad to see you guys putting in the effort

Damn, my heart bleeds for you, sucks to put all the money/time and effort to have some a-hole screw it up on you. If it was an accident like someone slipped and fell into the door I would be able to accept it a little better, but what you explained is disrespectful.

I wish it were purely accident too. There's a couple scuff marks right on the dent, so you can tell it came from a projectile object. You have to hit stainless rather hard to crease it like that. Agreed, it was very disrespectful. I try to be as generous as I can, open door policy and all that. Just sucks when you get slapped in the face for your generosity.

Nice work so far, LS4Me. It's a very rewarding project watching everything come together!
