The combination for my keyless isn't on the trunk arm. The dealer wants $80 to put a computer to it. Are there any other alternatives?

Try behind the Air ride switch door, on the module.
Also might be on the keyless entry box itself, just have to remove door panel, very easy.

Yep, there's a little black box at the top right of the driver's door (near the mirror) underneath the door panel. That's the keyless entry module. It should have a sticker on it with the code.

You did say 'remote', though I'm sure you meant 'pad'.

Those guys should definately have you covered.

You can also program another code into it of your liking, but you may need the first code to do it, can't remember. I wouldn't like that though, because then BOTH codes work. I don't recall where I found this info, maybe in the owners manual? I performed this, so I know it works. Since I didn't like it I re-reprogrammed it back to my original code. Not enough buttons to trust more than 1 code.

Lock car using 7-8, 9-0, enter the 5 number factory code, hit the 1-2, enter new personal 5 digit code.
Car will unlock and then lock to confirm. Can add a third code if desired for Memory 2 user....

I like using only middle three buttons only, ie; 7-5-7-5-3, since the 3 and 5 also do the other doors and trunk I find it simple cause I'm a simple guy.

Sounds pretty complicated :D

What state do you live in? I'm gonna come borrow your interior.... :shifty: 75753! :wrench

Yeah, not my real code but if my car is taken by a Mark lover, then so be it.
I do like my interior's as near new feel as possible, just the anal retentive part of me I guess....what can I say. Spent last weekend re-dyeing the seats.

Removed both seats. Stripped to near actual leather finish removing much original factory "Ivory" color.

Had LeatherRenew.com make me a very low gloss mix, from their closest match in color, GM's "Cappachino Cream". ( sent them a sample) I've used their Ford "Ivory" color and it is to glossy and yellowish. Most "Ivory's" in these cars has lightened/faded. The Cappachino Cream is very close to my current version of Ivory.

Results below, added some top notch cupholders and programmed a 2nd key and memory 2 remote...A rewarding fruitful weekend.
