I was just offered a kenny bell for 100.00. It looked like the twin screw that everyone has. I know it is for a mustang. Is there any identifying marks as far as the model I need goes? I have done some searches but have come up empty handed on this info. TIA>

I would assume it has a serial number on it, or a model number you can search. Might have to call Kenne Bell to get the right info.

is it just the blower or a whole set up? There is a stamping on the drivers side of the seal plate that will tell you the size. All i can tell you that mine says mx422 4114 and is a 2.2. I "assume" and assume only that the 422 part means 4 valve 2.2 but you'd have to call KB to really see what you have and what it fits. Hell if it's anything at all i think it would be worth $100.

 It is just a blower with a pulley on it. And that is what I was thinking. It looks like all the pics I've seen. From the bottom. There is alot involved I know. But this is how My projects usually start. The number stuff really helps.

KB for $100! I would by that in a heart beat, and if it didn't work on your car you could sell if for a lot more.

you should really call kenne bell though, cause they won't seperate there kits. For example you will need the "open house" manifold for b heads, and they won't sell it seperately. You might be able to get around it, but i would try to figure that out before getting to involved. But for $100 i would have to think you could get rid of it and make money.

Buy it, check it out latter. You can always make money on it if it aint for yours.
IDK if you can buy the open house plenum by itself but all the supporting stuff will run you well over a grand.
