Joining the new Kick's Club!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey Gang I got some new kicks today! What do you all think of them? They are 18's with a 42mm offset. The tires are conti's SportContact2 225/40-18's..They totally changed the look of the car.

Also forgot to mention i had a muffler shop here in Topeka do a custom exhaust for me from the stock resonators back.The last pic kinda show the mufflers poking out a bit before the tip.It has a very mellow tone at normal driving and sounds very aggressive at full throttle I love it!

Sorry about the pics i will add better ones of the whole car at some point. I took these quick at my office. I need to take better pics at home with my wife's camera!

Dark blue is the color. Funny story about that. I bought the car off ebay and the whole time i thought it was black from the pics i saw. When i got there to pick it up i found out it is blue.

As far as the exhaust exit goes i would like it higher but im nervous to go hacking away on the bottom of the bumper. Any advice on that? I did see another member with a light blue ls like i used to have with cutouts for quad tips and then went to singles.

Looks good. Agree on the cut outs. Just make a hole and make it wider little by little to get the right size for the tips. Check out pektel's thread on this if you need more info on it

Wheels look good. A rough guide on how to make cut outs for the tips is you can find a round object about an inch bigger than the tip, trace it, and cut it out.

It is a word my oldest son calls shoes. Being 36 myself I'm no spring chicken! Any of you with a teenage son should be down with the latest LOL!!!!!!!!

Looks good. When its time to get new tires get 245/40/18s. Lowering springs will make it look even nicer.

if you mean cut out, then only the lse comes with cut outs but they are for dual tips. Reg ls, gen1, come without cut outs, you have to cut them out.

All gen2's come with cut outs

Or anybody who can think their way out a wet paper bag, look at the pictures provided and put two and two together. Wheels and tires are called by all types of names, but it's obvious every time.

Looks good. The 42mm is the perfect offset, IMO, especially with Eibach's.

You sure it's 225 40's and not 45's? I had 245/40's for about 35k miles. Recently went to 225 45's and really enjoying the better ride quality. have noticed no difference in handling.
