jmod, separator plates

first off does anyone have the step by step instructions for the actual jmod ? the tech article says click here but doesnt go anywhere, and does anyone have separator plates that are already jmodded? if so let me know please thanks in advance

ok found some instructions on tccoa but not sure if i understand them is there better instructions or am i reading this and making it harder then it is?

its for the 97 but i will be doing the 98 sometime in the future so i could use that also
