Thanks to jamie I went back and checked all my connections for the 3ed time and the connector above the parking brake pedal with the screw through the middle wasn't all the way tight. So no more cel and she's good to go. I also fixed my heater problem and burped the cooling system. So thanks to jamie my ce is back on the roan and everything is working as it should. A special thanks to jamie and all other lvc members who helped me out.

Congratulations now go and enjoy her while she is running good
And by the one with the screw do you mean the Ecu or is there another one

well it looks like I spoke too soon. The CEL and check trans message, and od light is flashing again. Looks like Im going back to the drawing board.............

Scan the code. Looks like Laser is rubbing off on you.

i already know what it says. It has to do with a VSS error and torque converter error. Im sure I just left something unplugged but im seriously tired of looking and am going to pay someone else to fix my screw up.

I don't know about a Gen 2, but on a Gen 1 the plugs that come through the trans tunnel at the bottom of the dash have small pins in the plugs that can get bent and not make connection when plugged in. I had this happen when I pulled my dash. Car ran like crap so I checked all the connections and found the bent pin. Straightened the pin plugged back in and all good.
