Is it noticeably cooler outside now? (Just guessing, it could be anything.) Likely the problem will come back.

Or you could've had a low battery ...being that this car is a giant Computer and way ahead of it's time a functional battery is crucial...to answer your question ...yes a good solid reset might have been the answer ...as Joegr said only time will tell ...keep driving it as much as possible and hopefully it will throw a code you can map/track down to the ultimate issue but overall hoping it's fixed and ready to go!

If the battery was several years old and had an internal short (yes that does happen) then that could play "mind games" with the electronics on the car.
