Is this piece rare? or not?

Has some of you might have seen, on the "post you mileage"string, I purchased a 95 LSC, 5 weeks ago, here in California, Garnet Red Glaze, with 2 tone light/medium platinum interior, with 37,616 original miles on it.
When I bought it, and got it home, I looked through all the paperwork, owners/warranty/etc. manuals, and I found this piece inside the leather case that holds the owners/warranty manuels.
Is this something, somewhat rare, hard to find, etc.? I was just wondering. it's not the best pic I see, and if you need a better pic, let me know. I will repost it. it's a key chain fob.Thanks for your thoughts & comments!
