Yes there are alot of bad companies sellin bad products,, also alot of good companies sellin good products, but using misleading marketing.
As far as the weight loss issue in the news,, the issue isn't if the products work,, its more bout how well they work, and what they help u do,, they all used misleading marketing. If they didn't work at all they wouldn't be aloud to stay on the shelves.
Xenadrine is a great weight loss product, u will lose weight and curb ur appetite.
I think they went lil far with how well it will work and how fast.
But when you have a well established company, with years of good quality products and happy customers,, like K&N,, I think you can pretty much believe what they are telling you.
Like Ken said,, its pretty easy to disprove HP gains, so kinda silly for a well respected company to lie.
Now with the weight loss,, easy to cover your lies since weight loss and each persons physical makeup is so different.
