Is it worth putting braces on my Mark which has coils and lowering kit?

Also, would the IRS brace scrape the ground when I'm going over speed bumps?

everyone seem to love them. i also am lowerd on coils a have no experince with the braces but if i had to guess i would say it would be ok.

Thanks for the response.

It looked like in Laser's thread about braces that the bigger benefit was to the cars that still had the airbags.

Has no bearing on airbags or not. The front brace ties the k-members front and middle halfs together resulting in truer tracking over bumps. The k-member to firewall braces keep the whole k-member from flexing and again allows for better cornering.

The IRS brace is by far the best investment though. I bet the LCA mount flex is much worse on a coil car and would feel a bigger difference then I saw on mine with the IRS brace addition.
It is a MUST HAVE IMHO. The flex on the rear LCA mounts is severe cause they hang so low and the car rolls so much. After I did mine I couldn't believe that I could do a sharp turn-in and not have to re-correct mid corner cause the car was no longer going through sever camber changes in hard corners.

Get em.

The rear IRS support does extend down abit, almost like a tail hook. It takes awhile to get use to it from a visual point of veiw.
Never had a problem with it hitting the ground, and I have the oem air system.
The braces have been a very good addition to my Mark, the body flex is gone, very solid platform.
