is there a way to test the IRMC 's to know for sure that they are opening?

yeah have someone give a 4000 rpm check while you look at them with a flash light. you can see them towards the back of the motor from up top with some light, make sure you see the linkage moving, or if it is a 97 or 98 make sure both cables move.

right after I posted i though to my self why the hell dont I just watch them while reving the motor up?
so i did. and guess what the drivers side dosnt work.
which could explain why the car hasnt been running like it should

its a 94.
I'm gonna try and unhook the vacume solinods and try to determine if its the problem or if its the actuall IMRC thats seised
