InTech cover mounting bolts

My Mark VIII doesn't have the INTECH cover covering the crossover pipe and Alternator. I have found one but don't have the mounting bolts, Does anyone have an extra set they would sell or have a suggested replacement bolt to use.
Also I was just cleaning my car and the black trim ring on my passenger side mirror is loose. I tried to wiggle it back in place but it fell right back out, Is there a special way to make the clips hold? I didn't remove it to see how it is held together for fear of breaking it. Does the trim piecec just pop off and on? I need a little guidence

As far as the black trim ring goes, I'm in the same boat. The last time, and I mean the very last time (this was years ago) I ever took my car through a car wash it separated that black trim piece from the mirror and now it's forever loose but you can only tell when you touch it.

Black trim ring on the mirror is held on with a few torx screws that you can get to by removing the glass, it just snaps on and off.

how does the glass come off?

Just pull it off the motor, it snaps into place with plastic clips

Carefully put a screwdriver behind the glass and POP it off.
