What injector cleaner is good for OUR CARS. 45,000 MARK 1995. I have a hesitation at any speed above 40 mph.when I accelerate. I put a new fuel filter in today. STILL THERE. Will go up the Interstate 80-90 mph with no hesitation UNLESS I acc it.

Seafoam. Plug a long vacuum hose into one of the unused ports at the center of the intake manifole, put the other end into a can of seafoam, crank the engine, rev it up and watch the smoke. Use a couple of cans if you've never done it before. It will run much better afterward.

i've had good results with seafoam and lucas fuel injector cleaner. the hesitation could be caused by a dirty injector but i think it might be something else. I'm sure someone will chime in and help your more thoroughly.

I use Gummout Regane - it's usually recommended on bobistheoilguy.com

I'm going for a possible fowled plug or bad plug wire. I just bought new wires myself and getting some new 764's copper and going to clean the MAF too. I also use Lucas injector cleaner and always burn 93 octane gas only from Chevron, Shell or BP.

This has no bearing on cleaning injectors..

I've got a quick question about spark plug wires that doesn't need its own thread.

I'd like to buy red wires but I don't know if anybody makes them in red. There are prestolite and acdelco sets on rockauto that show red wires in the little pic, but how do i know that I'd receive red wires. That could be a pic of some generic wire set

yup...plug wires...I got mad one day replacing both coils on the 93 including spark plugs and it did nothing...finally, I then replaced the wires and it was purring like a kitten

Ford Racing 9mm wires are available from Max at FiveStarFord in red or blue, for around 100 bux.

+1 and they are 100 times better than the MSD red wires that go bad right after the 1 year warranty expires. {that happened to me 3 times before I switched to Ford Racing Wires)

I use the big bottles of lucas, nice product and its about half price when u buy the quart size bottle. Get about 5 uses out of it, too.

Lucas is the best in the market but buy it by the gallon is the cheap way to go lol.....:D

SEAFOAM... All I use.. Drive 84+ miles 7 days a week... Add to tank every oil change and fill with premium, I use it in all of my equipment, Snow blower, Lawn mower, boat, motorcycle, and leaf blower.. oh yea, chain saw...

Anyway clean the intake system using brake booster line and clean fuel system when used in the tank.. I even use a tad of it in the oil system...

I notice increased mileage almost immediately...
Good Luck...
Bill

I dump a can of Seafoam in my tank every oil change as well. Unless you get a full out power injector flush I think any of those canned formulas will do roughly the same...
