There is a Continental down the street from where i work, same body style. It has been sitting there for years. Broken windows, torn top, but it would make a great projectcar (if I had the time and money). It makes me sad when I drive by it. If I was to ever by an older car the Continental would be it hands down. I saw one on Ebay with a 570 HP crate motor in it a while back!
Here is the Lincoln to have, a Continental Mark II, hand-built, including multiple coats of paint hand-sanded, double-lacquered, and polished. It cost Lincoln/Ford more to make them than what they sold for.
