I really do and its only gonna get better! I just bought new tools so tomorrow morning I will put in my new strut rod bushings and Tokico struts. Its gonna be a couple weeks till my front suspension braces come in though. SCP didnt tell me they are custom made so it takes a month or so to get them.
Anyway with the new poly sway bar bushings (mount and links) and the new Tokicos out back it really tamed the rear! Having the coil over really makes the car handle better then the air springs and my 245 tires help quite a bit too.
I live 12 miles from anything and have these beautiful twisty farm roads that also have couple mile long straights that you can see well into the distance. There are NO side roads and only 3-4 houses but the are so far back from the road you can see if someone is about to pull out. The spped limit is 70 MPH and I exceed it by a good margine. Well there is this one long sweeping corner that has a yellow 45 MPH speed limit sign before it. I know the absolute limit with my fully modded Cobra ($12K in suspension alone) on that corner is 120 mph and 105 it more comfertable. So I enter this corner at 85 but the Mark was perfectly planted and was not leaning at all, no oversteer or understeer. Just perfect through the corner so I roll on the gas and at the apex I am doing 100mph and at the apex I go WOT. I exited the corner at 110 mph and the car was perfect! No tire noise at all, no sliding, no constant steering correction... it was just point and shoot. I was floored! I didnt think she had it in her! On the way back it caused me to push it a bit in the tighter corners at speeds I would only contemplate in my old Cobra and this thing felt even more secure! I dont know where the limits are but at the speeds I pushed it I dont want to know.
With the new struts, bushings and braces it should be phenominal! And there are still three more suspension mods I have planned. Engine cradle brace, rear IRS subframe brace and the biggest rear sway bar I can get.
With the 18" tires I wana do in the future with 285s out back I think I will be suprising quite a few people when I take it to track days.
Now I gotta make her sound meaner!
