A lexus that I actually think looks decent.

Nice. Too much "boy racer" add-ons for my taste, though. And those quad exhaust tips are fake:D

That reminded me of a Ford Contour I saw sitting in the showroom at my local stealership about 10-odd years ago. It was black and had what appeared to be dual exhaust with chrome slant-cut rolled-tip extensions. Pretty cool. Unitl I got a closer look. Lo and behold, as I looked under the back bumper...it had single exhaust and that other tip was just hanging from the bottom of the bumper!!! What a pile of cheese!!!! But I do think the Lex has real duals, but the extra tip on top is fake. It doesn't look that great either, IMO.

And what is it with all these cars with shifter gates that look like road maps??? What's wrong with a good ol' PRNDL with a +/- to the side for manumatic shifting? I guess they gotta be different.

I owned a 98 LS400 for 3 years. Boring, yes, but plenty fast and it was very reliable.
Here is a car that you can beat on day and night and nothing would happen to it. Try that with a BMW or MB.

The M3 kicks its arse. Plus, as stated, two exhaust tips are fake.... WTF!?

looks like an angry toyota, and everything else in its class beats it!on the speed channel, it gets spanked!!

ISF's are no joke! I may not look that great but they run good! There are a few on youtube running turbo's and they sound bad @ss!!!

ya the exhaust is gay. I still like the styling. Id still take the MKS over it tho.

I would hope just on styling. Since the MKS is wrong-wheel-drive and the ISF is RWD as it should be. Plus the ISF has a V-8 as a true premium luxury car should. I'm not a fan of the MKS. It looks okay. But it's too tall, too stubby-looking, and the proportions are too FWD looking. Too much front overhang and the front wheel arches are way too close to the leading edge of the front doors. And it has the odd FWD dash-to-axle ratio. Classic FWD proportions not befitting a car that is attempting to play in the premium luxury sandbox. Unfortunately, Lincoln left that playground with the death of the LS. Since then, Lincoln has slowly spiraled down the drain to FWD obscurity. And that makes me sad.:(

I don't like the Lexus cars since they dropped the 2JZ straight six. Sucks to cause all the AWD Lexus are V6 and not the 2JZ 6 that can be made to pump 600whp on the stock internals.

Can't say I blame ya. Inline-6's are sweet. Wasn't that the same engine that was used in the Supra Turbo? I-6's are inherently balanced and smooth and can make substantially more hp than comparable V-6's. And they don't need friggin' balance shafts!

Bingo that be it. Well the 2JZ is the Supra engine. The non turbo engines had a different letter designation but would survive a bunch of boost too.

Seeing as Supra's command like Porsche prices now I want to get an older 96' SC Lexus and do the 2JZ swap. I see em on CL all the time with decent bodies and $1500 or $2K asking prices :p
