Humming sound from 2000 Towncar

I have a 2000 Towncar that recently started making this loud humming noise from the engine. At first it only happened when the ambient temperature was very cold and then only when the car was moving but my foot was off the gas (rolling down a hill for instance). The humming comes at warmer temperatures than it did (though it is much louder when it is cold) and it happens when I'm at a stop now as well, but still only when I'm not pushing on the gas.

it could be your pulleys, check if the noise is coming from the pulleys
