I have all of the bolts removed from the inside and latch, I can move it around left and right but I'm afraid to pull it too hard, seems there is a trick to it that I don't know

I took mine out like this :p but I was connecting additional wire for LED's and tucking the light box away.

At least that gives you the idea what's on the back side of the box. It's nothing that a little 2 sided tape couldn't hold back in place but I did get the one out of the 93 without messing it up. I have it out in the garage somewhere.

messed with it for 15 mins, came inside, went back out and it popped out immediately, now to figure out how to swap the key cover

he's talking about the light across the trunk lid, not the little cargo light inside the trunk lol!!!

It's a PITA... I was so scared putting mine back in after my rear window got tinted...

Just kinda have to yanks it out...

I thought we were talking about the third brake light lol... guess I have no clue wtf I'm talking about...

all you all had to do is read better this is what made it sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo obvious.....
" now to figure out how to swap the key cover "

now where the hell is there a place for a key in the 3rd brake light, or the cargo light?????????????????

come on you all say you are so into these cars, no one is into reading tonight though lmfao!!! wake up morons !!!!!!!!!!!!

i love bustin balls

I remove mine every-time I detail the car. Dirt really collects around that rubber gasket. But mine is snapped in two, and the replacement it also. I have a new key cover and no way to install it.

well 9 out of 10 are broken in two, because the morons at ford tightened them too tight from day one. its no big deal though you cant tell when its on the car, and for me, it makes shipping easier too, i have only taken less than a dozen off that werent broken, the first thing i do is snap them in two!!

this one came out in one piece, the key cover seems simple to replace

this is a 94 that was made in 93, it looks to have a one piece drive shaft, did any of the early 94s have them?

I'm wondering the same thing about mine. It's a 94 but was made in Oct 93 and the drive shaft looks just like the one that I took out of the 93 parts car out back. I just looked at it about 30 min ago. I guess I could take pictures of it.
