How do you pop up or remove bottom portion of back seat?

Is there somewhere to reach to pop or click a release to allow it to fold up?

Exactly how do you do this?

And will this allow you to access the gas tank?

There are little levers if you feel near the bottom of the front edge of the seat.

I saw one thing in the middle, a white anchor base that was plastic..with 2 thin metal bars hooking up into the seat. I didnt see where to push it. Do the bars push down further to unlock it?

Between your legs if you are sitting on one side of the seat. There is a little black lever you pull to the side, one on each side of the seat.

Thanks. Yeah in the picture it looks like what I saw.

So I just slide the black piece over and that will release it.

Will give it a try when I get home.

Essentially, I am trying to drain old, bad gas out of the car that has been sitting.

Will this give me access to the fuel tank?
