Low vitamin D can cause someone to have a more severe case of COVID when they catch it, so having optimal levels of vitamin D is preferable, but not just for COVID reasons. Eggs are a good source of vitamin D.

Iran can't use unfrozen funds in prisoner exchange however it wants, U.S. says

Washington has the “ability to freeze them again if we need to,” State Department spokesperson Matthew Miller said on Tuesday.

The Biden administration is pushing back after Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi said his government would choose how it will use the $6 billion in frozen funds set to be released by Washington in a prisoner exchange deal.

The deal, which would see South Korea releasing frozen Iranian funds to Qatar, marks a diplomatic breakthrough for the U.S. and Iran, as they have sparred over issues from the Iran nuclear deal to Tehran’s continued ties with Moscow. Yeah, I believe that BS coming from the Biden administration as much as I believe that the Covid epidemic originated from a "Wet Market" instead of the Wuhan lab. About as much as I believe Majokeass when he says we have "Operational Control" of the southern border as numbers of illegal crossings keep rising. Iran will do what it wants with the money, they are probably pretty adept at hiding their actions from the outside world. They are doing it pretty well already with their nuclear program. I'm sure a batch of new centrifuges are already on order.

Why is it that only the "far-right news outlets" (your left wing liberal label) are the only ones covering the massive invasion at the border. Yeah, I will call it an invasion. They don't show the massive groups of illegals (mostly fighting age males) streaming across DAILY. Because that would not go along with the Biden agenda. I sincerely hope that the Border Patrol, unfortunately, keeps releasing them to travel to as many Sanctuary cities as possible, as it is the only way many Americans will learn what is Really happening there. the daily idiot responses from the Binder Reader about what a great job Biden is doing about the border is laughable!
 
I've been doing some reading... and it seems that the BA286 strain has been found in sewer systems and waste water treatment plants in several states throughout the U.S.

Evidently... 286 has been around for a while, and "the powers that be" are just now starting to talk about this.

It seems the 286 variant is more prolific than first thought.

You can believe what you want I guess. If Trump had been able to bring back these Americans under the same conditions, you'd have cheered, so would I.

Reality check: Iran is the world's fifth riches country when it comes to resources, those resources are worth over 23.7 Trillion (yes, with a T). So it's not like they were just begging for the 6 Billion to build whatever you think they're going to build. Sure, the Iranian people are improvished, but that's due in part to the Iranian government. The rich though in Iran, are VERY rich.

As far as Iran's alleged nuclear weapons programs, you can thank the Trump admin for that, as we've already covered he's the one that backed out of the Iran Nuclear Deal, giving Iran everything. They got to keep their previously frozen assest, while not longer having to abide by the terms of the no-nuke deal. Win/Win for Iran. Loss/Loss for America, the world really.

What exactly is your definition of "some"? Surely you know that the numbers coming across are well over 100K per month. Some of these whom we intercepted are on the Terrorist Watch List. The Border Patrol has no idea of how many "gotaways" there were, how many of them might have been on the list? Fear and anger- people living along the border live in fear and are angry about the situation. I don't get all of this info from the left's favorite whipping boy- "Far-Right news sources". Don't have to. The local news stations in this area are from Yuma, AZ, which is a hotspot for those "poor young men seeking a better life". They cover it daily. Yuma hospitals overwhelmed and in dire financial straits from treating them pro bono. Yuma mayor screaming long and loud about the burden on his city. Sinema is speaking up about it, but that sham senator Kelly ain't raising very much hell about the situation. Why doesn't that DNC channel MSNBC send a crew down for a real in-depth story about it instead of ignoring it? Can't say much for our CA elected officials- this state is so dark blue that they do not even talk about it, even as they come across here too. LA is getting a dose and now San Diego is getting a taste of it too. Even the rare red area that you live in will be affected.
