How can I test a factory HID bulb and ballast?

Picked up some parts off ebay, and a factory bulb and ballast was included. I wont need them, but would like to test them somehow before I sell them. Any ideas? I know the harness is different from my car so I can't just plug it in.

just gonna have to figure out some way to apply 12 volts to the ballast plug.

You could always mail them to me, which at that point I could test them out, and then I could or couldn't return them to you.... :shifty:

Haven't really decided yet. I will always entertain offers of course. But would feel better knowing it worked before I get rid of it. Although I am sure bad ones are sold every day on ebay.

My ballast went out and I pulled one with different harness than my HID's, I just cut the wires on both ends and connected them.

Well, my car didn't come with HID's so I don't have that wiring, plus im going to be using the stock 9005 plug. Don't wanna cut my wires to test em. If someone wants em, id sell both bulb and ballast for 50 bucks + shipping. If it works, great, if not, if anyone wants to wanna risk it... go ahead
