last night while i was driving somebody hopped in front of me and i hit my horn kinda hard and it never went off.I ended up pulling the relay and it went off but it wont cut off when i put the relay back in

Open the hood and unplug it. Then figure out what's going on. It's right under the plastic cover that covers the radiator and cooling fan. Might be easier to get to it from under the car. Put your arm through the bumper cover hole and see if you can reach the horn wire.

lol, that is a funny story, on the bottom of the steering wheel in the back there is a set of wires for the horn, you might wanta check those as well

i found it!!!!!!When i took the air bag off the the plates with the spring on them have the two contacts that trigger the horn.Well they have plastic washers holding them in place.I hit the steering wheel to hard and the plastic washer on one of the contacts broke thus letting it hang and touch the other metal plate
