My idle stays at 1100rpms and does not go down. I know the IAC is mostly the problem. Is there something else could also contribute to this?

Noooo not the tps reports you'll probably have to go in on Saturday to get them done.

Nothing wrong with TPS. Vacuum leaks and IAC valves cause this.
I'm not saying a TPS can't do that, but I would bet you $20 it isn't the TPS.
Before I bought my LSC, the lady had me work on it because it wouldn't idle under 2000 rpm!
I replaced the IAC valve, but it still idled at about 1600. Fixed a few vacuum leaks and it idles at 650 - the lady was shocked. She said she has never seen it run so good the whole time she's owned it.
