Hey Tommy, what part ya want me to pull now?

Seeing those pictures of all the snow make me real glad that I live In the desert, I prefer the 100 degree weather over the snow any day, Hell it was 67 to here In Las Vegas, I actually rode my Sports Bike to work today. Although This week was the 1st week in a month that we have not gotten any rain.

Thanks guys. The land and all is cool I just hate not having a garrage and my house itself is falling apart. Damn septic is backed up cause the tank dont seal well and with all the rain it filled up. :( Front bathrooms cold water in the sink dont work, couple spots on the floor feel like you will fall through, there is no linoleum because my father was going to lay new stuff and asked me to pull up the old stuff. Then he was arrested and I just dont want to put it down.
Two windows are broken as the glass is super cheap.... I want to sell the place and get something closer to work with a garrage.
 
All easy problems to fix, dude i couldnt tell you how many garages(from 2 car to 6 car) ive built and damn near finished in 1 weekend. What will cost the cash is the block work and the concrete slab. Trust me, i built houses for 7 years, build it yourself and you can do it for 1/4 of the price.
 
I have a concrete slab and a roof up. Just need walls and a garage door and some outlets and a rear exiting person door. Wanna fly down and do it? :D
 
Seriously? Looks like you get to come visit this Spring. :D
 
LOL it wouldnt be that hard to do, you said the roof is on already? Hell all the hard work is done already! But im not an electrican.
