well the other two guys are hard at work - so more are coming.

All forced-induction cars see increased crankcase pressure - Steve was seeing a lot of oil coming out of the PCV vent tube, and some oil seeping from the VVT solenoid - all signs that there 'may' be some pressure building and forcing the oil up and out. He has sealed up the VVT solendoid and re-routed the PCV filter into the intake through a catchcan to seperate as much oil from the air as possible.

Too much crankcase pressure is dangerous - how much is too much? I have no idea.

I sell a one-way check valve that will solve that problem. You'll create negative pressure in the case with this little gem. PM me for details.
 
Yeah - that's what I think he ended up doing - a one way check-valve and a oil seperator - then tying it back into the intake.

I pointed him at a check-valve I use on my Lotus that's running 1.3 bar.
