I need to know if there is a positive terminal under the hood. and where the best place for a ground is.

I went to the garage and snapped a pic of what It did for my line-locks.

Power coming off a tap in the unused fuse 24 (red circle) and grounded to the ABS mounting bracket (yellow circle)

what year/engine is yours? i dont have a power coming off the box like that.. ill snap a pic tonight or something and post it maybe someone can find it for me

In the yellow circle is a "box" that the red wire seen in the red circle goes to.. its my guess that its the positive wire leading in there.. anyone know what it really is and if its accessible to add something in?

You should tap one of the unused fuse locations (such as #24) as Quick has. You should never just tap a red wire under your hood.

What are you trying to install? It looks like a HID setup. Didn't it come with instructions telling you what those wires were for? If you are not confident in your abilities perhaps you should have a professional put it in.

their wires for my HID's.. suppose to fix my problem with one going on and the other one not..

so how do i tap?

and it didnt come with instructions, a friend of mine that knows electronics n such says he thinks its a switch to keep them on all the time..

alright after much googlin and searchin this forum... all i really need to know is what those black n blue wires are for.. and where to buy a 25 amp fuse tap..
